This program is indeed very easy to install and operate. While it is quite  sophisticated, it is designed so that anyone including a beginner, can operate it with ease. We've had good feedback from our customers on this aspect of the program.

There's a an excellent section that should see you through almost all situations. This section is available online.

You can also contact Cucusoft support by email. We tried email and found the response good.  We tried it at noon on August 30, and received the response at 18:00 on August 30, i.e. within 24 hours.
